Established in 1962 in Southwick, Massachusetts, Bob and Barbara Spillane first started in the RV industry by renting pop-up tent trailers out of a local gas station. Travel Town Trailers grew quickly during the next few years until it was one of the largest dealerships in the Springfield area - offering a full line of tent trailers, travel trailers and motor homes. Their son, David, joined the business in 1973 after graduating from college.

Because Travel Town Trailers is a family owned and operated RV dealership, it was able to weather the negative economy of the 1970's which took a toll on numerous RV dealerships.

In 1986, due to its expanding inventory of park models and larger seasonal travel trailers, Travel Town Trailers needed to expand its location on Route 168 in Southwick, MA. A second sales lot was added on Route 10 & 202 in Southwick and so grew the inventory of park models.

Over the years, Travel Town Trailers has featured a wide variety of park model manufacturers including Skyline, Skylark, Holiday Rambler, Chariot, Park Haven, Avalon, Mallard, Sprinter, Hyline, Trophy, Park Homes, Franklin, Woodland Park, and Breckenridge.

Our current lineup of Breckenridge 102" wide and 12' wide park models, Trophy Homes 12' wides, and Bayridge destination travel trailers gives our customers the widest selection, greatest value and most flexibilty in finding a particular park model to fit their needs.
